Size Enquiries


If you are unsure as to what size you require in a certain style, please contact us.  Sizes stated are generally just right but sometimes we find certain styles are slightly generous and others come up smaller.

 

Orders


If you wish to amend your order, please contact us immediately.  Once we have packed and dispatched your order we are unable to amend or add items so you would need to place another separate order.

 

Payments


Accepted payment methods can be found here.  If your payment is declined, please check that your Dolly Mama account details match your payment details. Is your billing address different to your delivery address?  If you still have difficulty, try an alternative card to make payment. In the event that none of your credit/debit cards are accepted you can contact us to arrange a BACS payment or pay over the phone between 10am-5pm Monday - Saturday.
